Driving for Dreams is a collaborative fundraising event hosted by the Lomas Brown Jr. Foundation and the National Cherry Festival, taking place on February 11, 2026, at Topgolf in Auburn Hills. This unique evening brings together community leaders, supporters, and guests for a fun and meaningful experience in support of two impactful causes.
Proceeds from the event are split equally to benefit the Lomas Brown Jr. Foundation and the National Cherry Festival Queen's Scholarship Program. Funds raised support youth empowerment initiatives focused on physical fitness, healthy nutrition, academic enrichment, technology, and life skills development, while also investing in the future of young women through the National Cherry Queen Program, which provides leadership development, local and national ambassador opportunities, and educational support while preserving one of the Festival’s most cherished traditions.
Guests will enjoy Topgolf game play, food, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a cash bar available. The evening will also feature a silent auction, Beat the Pro and Beat the Celebrity challenges, and prizes for top players. Attendees will have the opportunity to swing a club alongside Lomas Brown and National Cherry Queen Ainslee Hewitt.
Whether you register as an individual player or a foursome team, Driving for Dreams offers a fun way to give back, connect, and support the next generation of leaders.
