Bike Valet Norte flags
CAN I BIKE TO THE FESTIVAL?
Enjoy the National Cherry Festival without the worry of parking. When you bike to the festival, you can roll up to Norte's bike corral and park in confidence. The bike valet is located on main festival groups just off of the TART trail in the southwest section of the Open Space Park.

The National Cherry Festival Bike Valet is operated by Norte. Available throughout the festival from noon–8 pm.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
Main Festival Grounds & Bayside Music Stage (Open Space Park): 106 W Grandview Parkway, Traverse City, MI 49684
Parking is located throughout downtown Traverse City and is managed by the City of Traverse City. The City boasts several parking garages as well as street parking. For more information on parking in Traverse City, visit this website. The National Cherry Festival also offers free shuttle service in cooperation with Bay Area Transportation Authority (BATA).

F&M Park: 716 E State St, Traverse City, MI 49686
Street Parking is available. Biking to F&M Park is available on the TART Trail. This approximately an eight block walk from the Open Space Park and a four block walk from the Hardy Parking Garage.

Grand Traverse Commons: 1200 W Eleventh St, Traverse City, MI 49684
Onsite parking is available. The Bata Bayline also has stops to this location.

Michigan State University Horticulture Research Station: 6686 S Center Hwy, Traverse City, MI 49684
Shuttles are available for the Orchard Tour and More event held at this location and there is some limited parking.

Hagerty Center at Northwestern Michigan College: 715 E Front Street, Traverse City, MI 49686
Limited parking is available.

Grand Traverse County Civic Center: 1213 W Civic Center Dr, Traverse City, MI 49686
Parking is available.
WHERE IS THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING LOCATED?
The National Cherry Festival reserves two parking lots for accessible parking. One is located in Parking lot B (see City Parking lot map here) and the other is the public parking at the Clinch Park Marina. To enter the Marina parking lot, you must pass through the permit parking area. As these spots fill up fast, we also offer an accessible location that will allow the driver to drop off passengers in Lot B and then park off site.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP THE SHUTTLE?

The Bayline (operated by Bay Area Transportation Authority) will run daily during the National Cherry Festival every 18-20 minutes. The main pick up areas for the Bayline are Woodland Creek (East), Cherry Lot at Northwestern Michigan College (Central) and Meijer (West) Parking Lot adjacent to the Car Wash. Shuttles will drop off riders at BATA’s Hall Street Transfer Station. To return to your vehicle go back to BATA’s Hall Street Transfer Station and look for the signs directing you to Meijer (Westbound) or Cherry Lot / Woodland Creek / East Bay Hotels (Eastbound). Monday - Friday

Departures from BATA Hall St Transfer Station: 9:30am & 10:30am
