High Fitness is a worldwide, hardcore, enjoyable fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN with INTENSITY and CONSISTENCY to give you a high caloric burn, full-body toning, and a serious boost of endorphins! Come give it a try and Get Addicted to Being Fit!
